Rob Dreier Head of Business Development

Rob leads Business Development and sourcing activities for H.I.G. Growth Partners.

Rob Dreier is the Head of Business Development, based in Boston. He is responsible for the leadership of business development and sourcing activities for H.I.G. Growth.

Rob has experience in managing business development activities across a variety of asset classes and business types.

Prior to H.I.G., Rob worked at Bunker Hill Capital, where he was a Partner and responsible for the firm’s business development and sourcing efforts.  Prior to Bunker Hill, Rob was Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group at BB&T Capital Markets, and held roles at RBC Capital markets (and its predecessor firms).

Rob holds a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from the University of Arizona (Finance and Accounting).
